4. Delivery & Assembly
4.1 Delivery Service
We provide professional white-glove delivery and assembly service. Your furniture will be:

4.2 Delivery Timeframe
- Standard delivery: 4-8 weeks from order confirmation
- Custom/bespoke orders: 6-12 weeks from order confirmation

4.3 Delivery Requirements
- A suitable access route must be available (doorways, stairs, etc.)
- If access is not possible, you agree to pay additional costs for alternative delivery methods

- You must inspect the furniture before signing the delivery note
- You have 48 hours to report any visible damage or missing parts
